Delivery Information
Shipping Policy:
Shipping charges vary from state to state, locations and countries and its subject to freight/courier company's charges and will be reflected on the invoice issued prior to goods being delivered. All payments/total invoices must be made before the goods can be shipped.
Risk Warranty:
All consignments can be insured to prevent loss:
$8.25 up to $500.00 per consignment.
2.15% of total value up to $10,000.00 per consignment.
Risk Warranty is available for a charge of 2.15% of the declared value of the consignment as specified by Hearts & Roses. This applies to consignments with a declared value $500+ and maximum of $10,000. Risk warranty is limited to $10,000 per consignment.
Hearts & Roses is not responsible for any damage or loss of goods by Freight/Couriers if Risk Warranty is not taken by Customers. Customer must notify us of Risk Warranty prior the despatch of goods.
KINDLY LET US KNOW IF YOU REQUIRE INSURANCE FOR YOUR CONSIGNMENTS.
IMPORTANT: After the first attempt delivery failure (due to customers not being present on working days. 8am to 5pm local time) to the noted address, all subsequent charges forwarded by freight/couriers will be added to your invoice and it is payable to us. Unless you have advised us/couriers otherwise. To avoid extra charges please contact us prior to your goods being dispatched to arrange a specific date and time. Alternatively, contact your local couriers on their "Missed You" delivery card (normally leaves at your letter-box) to arrange a collection from their depot.
